Mostly photos again here as its just a friendly and many Cuter games have been blethered about over the years. There were no plans for fitba tonight but with the plans in the day changing and the hoos like a sauna it was better to be outside in the warm north east air than stewing in my own sweat. Although the warmth on the edge of the city limits still brought on a bead over the 90. To Crombie Park where the ‘Junior’ side were clearly the better team here as the Highland league side gave away three gifts. First half (avoidable)goals from Ronan Masson and Aiden Combe , the first from a corner and second not clearing their lines well saw Culter on easy street against a Vale who quite obviously lacked any sort of width. A Vale who did not test Culter keeper Keiller Emslie at any point. The second half saw Culter create more chances which more often than not were stopped by the feet of Vale keeper Ethan Hopkinson. A late third goal came via the head of Ryan Stewart when he was unopposed at a corner. A hat trick of avoidable goals conceded by Deveronvale if truth be told. Not great viewing from a Banffer perspective.

Worth the trip for the chilli pie alone. Those things are the bollocks. Shame I only got one
